Before you write

Most download problems are answered in the FAQ or in the step-by-step download guide. If a deck is private or login-locked, we can't help, that restriction is the author's choice and we don't bypass it.

Copyright concerns

Are you an author worried about your deck? This tool only accesses slides that SlideShare already serves publicly for your presentation. To stop all saving, make your deck private in your SlideShare settings. For anything else, email us and we will respond promptly.
